About the Role

As a Fundraising Executive/Senior Executive*, you will support the Fundraising team in Development Fund to plan and execute fundraising strategies to raise funds and build visibility and awareness for TTSH Community Fund.

You will assist the Fundraising Manager/Director in running fundraising campaigns and events to actively seek donors and partners to meet our yearly fundraising targets.

This may include research, outreach and engagement with donors and stakeholders as well as administrative work to facilitate the operations of the department.

Responsibilities

Research and identify new partners, prospective donors and supporters
Develop new events and activities to create opportunities for fundraising, outreach and to increase awareness for TTSH Community Fund
Create meaningful collaborations and longterm working relationships with existing and potential stakeholders
Assist in database management, reports and other administrative tasks, when required
Support fundraising events and communications
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor/Head of Department

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications or similar discipline.
35 years of relevant experience working in fundraising, business development or other relevant fields
Resilient and resourceful person with initiative and able to work under mínimal supervision
Creative mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
Selfmotivated and objective driven with passion for social causes.
