Job Description,

Report to project manager, lead and manage electrical scope of works within the project.
Responsible for preparing project documents to meet client requirements, implementing project procedures and ensure the project is completed on time.
Liaise with electrical PE and client electrical team for power shut down and power turn on activities.
Attend site meetings, site discussions with client and maincons for the related works.
Coordinate with internal mechanical & control engineers to shoulder each other and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for testing & commissioning for HT chillers, pumps, VSDs and cooling towers.
To prepare project schedule, method statement, risk assessment etc.
Supervise subcontractors, vendors to ensure quality installation works.
To prepare the progress update report for project manager.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems and complete within the project schedule.
Need to work overtime during critical system startup and troubleshooting periods as and when required.

Job Specification,

Degree/ Diploma in Electrical engineering or its equivalent.
Good knowledge in hightension and lowtension electrical system.
Min 3 years of ACMV project management experience in HVAC industry (preferably HT chiller plant system)
Strong customer management & problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently and understand the local code of practice.
Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within deadlines and work well under pressure.
Knowledge & proficient in Microsoft Project & PowerPoint
