Roles & Responsibilities1.

Support global financial teams, gaining in-depth insights into business operations and team dynamics, understanding business strategies, and facilitating the effective implementation of human resources strategies within business units.2.

Take charge of team building within the business department, designing personnel growth paths and development programs based on current team dynamics, effectively formulating and implementing talent development plans, and ensuring follow-up on execution.3.

Identify organizational and team issues, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide comprehensive solutions for business teams, including HR functions such as training, performance management, and employee relations, and drive the implementation of these solutions.4.

Assist in fostering a conducive organizational and team environment, driving the establishment of company culture, and facilitating the rapid growth of business operations.

Qualificationsor's degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in human resources.

experience as an HR Business Partner in the internet industry is with basic functions of human resources and practical experience in recruitment, performance management, and other related areas.

in spoken English, capable of using it as a working language.-motivated, strong analytical skills, diligent and responsible, personable, able to handle high work pressure, and adaptable to the fast-paced work environment of the company.
