Description

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Cloud Monitoring Solutions Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of our StackOps product.

We are seeking an individual with expertise in AWS and Azure monitoring, coupled with knowledge in Elasticsearch observability, particularly within the Elastic Stack (ELK), Beats, and Kibana framework.

This role offers a chance to make a significant impact by advising our agency users on the best strategies to enhance their monitoring practices and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and design customized software monitoring solutions to address their needs.
Recommend and implement effective monitoring strategies to track and assess software performance, resource utilization, and availability.
Develop and execute monitoring policies, procedures, and proactive measures to identify and tackle performance bottlenecks, issues, and potential risks.
Create and deliver comprehensive training programs and userfriendly documentation to educate clients on optimal software monitoring techniques.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software monitoring best practices. Provide valuable insights to enhance our monitoring solutions and offer technical support to clients for software monitoring tools and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
Proficiency in AWS and Azure monitoring and observability practices.
Familiarity with ElasticSearch observability solutions, including Elastic Stack (ELK), Beats, Kibana, and a basic understanding of ElasticSearch AIML features.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to dissect complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, enabling seamless interaction within crossfunctional teams.
Demonstrated track record of enhancing the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloudbased systems.
