Job Specification
Responsibilities:
- Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
- Attend to customer Enquiry, Sales Quotation and Purchase Orders, Correspondences.
- Liaison person and attend to customer when the person incharge of the sales accounts is not available
- Coordinate with sales manager on all adhoc duties
- Other tasks and duties requested by management
Requirements:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- At least 12 years of Sales coordinator experience would be advantageous
- With a "cando" attitude
