    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a Contact Centre Centre Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our customers through various communication channels. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their career in customer service while also welcoming candidates with prior experience to further develop their skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and chat with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

    Listen attentively to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.

    Acquire a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and address their questions.

    Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and timelines.

    Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining detailed records.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.

    Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the customer service team.

    Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.

    Qualifications:

    Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

    Previous experience in customer service, either through internships, part-time roles, or full-time positions, is advantageous but not required.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
