Construction Company looking for Electricians

Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes.
Perform wiring, connections, and electrical installations for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, identify the root cause of issues, and implement appropriate repairs to restore functionality.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams to determine the layout and distribution of electrical components.
Collaborate with construction teams and other tradespeople to coordinate electrical installations and ensure seamless integration with other building systems.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs, and take corrective actions as required.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical regulations to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including job progress, materials used, and any changes or modifications made during the construction process.
Keep uptodate with industry advancements, electrical codes, and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training.
Valid electrician license or certification issued by a recognized authority.
Proven experience as an Electrician in a construction environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation techniques.
Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams.
Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various construction environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
