The IT WMS Analyst (Intern) will be supporting to build NGW (Schenker APAC WMS) functionalities knowledgebase.

He/She will have to understand these NGW Functional Documents (FD) and translate them into defined format document to enable countries to search required documentation.

He/She should be passionate in acquire WMS domain knowledge, MS Forms, Power Automate and Chatbot technology as well as administrative / data entry automation that will help drive the APAC ITCL team decision making process, performance, and business outcomes.

Specific Accountabilities

In this role, he/she will be working closely with the IT Solution Manager on the following responsibilities:
Build and update the NGW Knowledgebase from FDs and publish in MS Teams
Collaborate with Solution Team on NGW domain knowledge
Create / develop and maintain Chatbot
Develop MS Forms with Power Apps to capture NGW Knowledge into defined format.
Ensure that the overall technology solution comply with our DB Schenker overall framework

Skills Required

Competent in dealing with data complexity using Excel (macro) and PowerBI
Knowledge of MS Forms, Power Apps, Chatbot preferred but not necessary
Ability to exercise critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple initiative concurrently with a positive attitude to learning
Ability to collaborate with team to drive deliverables
Team player and flexible in a fast paced and changing environment
Independent, responsible and able to work with mínimal supervision

Experience and Qualifications

Knowledge in Microsoft excel, MS Forms and Power Apps
Experience and with and interest with data / system automation is recommended
Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration and Supply Chain operations related
