    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Sales Coordinator uses his or her sales experience and leadership skills to motivate sales staff, handle administrative duties, and promote customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for selling products.

    Requirements

    1. Have knowledge in construction/interior design.
    2. Attend to customer enquiries, prepare quotation, generate sales orders, delivery orders and invoicing
    3. Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing detailed product information.
    4. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
    5. Monitor, update and check sales order backlog against customer request delivery time & quantities.
    6. Ensure all transactions and data entries are accurately recorded in the system and proper filing of all documents.
    7. Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping department to track and manage order fulfillment.
    8. Build & maintain good relationship with customers.
    9. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, taking and upload product photos to the website.
    10. Other ad hoc duties assigned.
    11. Able to work on weekends when required.
