Description

• Coordination of shipping procedure and documentation.
• Take orders and assist supervisor on daily operation duties;
• Create billing and invoicing for customers;
• File all related documents in a proper and systematic manner;
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

• Proficient in spoken and written English communication skills
• Preferably with 12 years' experience in the similar field
• Meticulous and detailed oriented preferred
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
• Can work overtime when required (mostly during monthend/yearend closing period);
