As a Sales and Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of services to effectively communicate to clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conducting market research to gain a better understanding of business trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalised recommendations and solutions based on client needs.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams through networks sessions, seminars etc.
• Proactively resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Minimum a degree in any field
• Flulent in English
• Have indepth industry knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
