Individual to be involved in:

To understanding relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure ethical and legal recruitment practices.
To learn how to communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
To learn acquiring skills to analyze the job market, including industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.

Technical Skills and Competencies

Trainee will be able to understanding and adherence to employment laws, ensuring ethical and legal recruitment practices.
Trainee will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients. This includes providing regular updates on recruitment progress and skillfully managing client expectations.
Traineee will be able to provide clients with informed insights into the current job market, including salary trends and competitor landscapes.

**Duration of Traineeship/
Attachment Offered: 6 months
**This position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
