- Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of onshore/offshore client companies
- Attend to statutory filing in compliance with Companies Act 1967 and other regulatory and statutory requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial Team
- Undertake any ad hoc work assignments as required
- Liaise with client on-boarding team for new business and re-assessment of the existing matters and ensure the latest due diligence and certification requirements are being followed.
- Background in corporate secretarial services with at least 2 to 3 years relevant experience from professional firm/CPA firm/law firm preferred.
- Good academic background with professional qualification such as CSIS will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience in using Viewpoint would be an advantage.
