  • 16 minutes ago We are currently working with a Boutique Interior Architecture Design Studio to look for an Office Manager to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting, energetic team with a strong, open culture with a strong desire to grow aggressively, regionally.

Responsibilities:


Office Operations:


  • Replenishing of pantry items
  • Replenishing of office stationery
  • Managing and organising company events
  • Goto person for Singapore employees (admin & hr related queries)
  • Other Adhoc duties, non exhaustive, will be provided as work scope calls for

Onboarding/Offboarding:


  • Registration of face recognition system to enter the office
  • Provide IT & admin support for assets to hand over the new joiner
  • Office tour, operations set up
  • Requisition of name cards
  • Application / Renewal of Employment Pass / Dependant Pass / Work Permit
  • Cancel the EP (if required) on the last day of work
  • Advise Finance to submit IR21 to Tax Department
  • Work with Finance for monthly payroll & CPF

Finance:


  • Update Project Tracker based on incoming payments from Client and outgoing payments to Vendors
  • Issue invoices to Clients based on project schedule
  • Track incoming payments from Clients
  • Arrange for vendor payments, send for approvals and prepare for outgoing payments
  • Support auditor request during audit
  • Work with Finance for monthly GST submissions

Project Support Role:


  • Sourcing of new product vendors, get pricing and arrange for lunch and learn sharing session with design team
  • Keep an updated library for designers' reference
  • Update Company Profile and support Business Development team on database update matters
  • Social Media works create simple content, post them on 2 platforms; liaise with designers for help

Job Requirements:


  • 45 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in database handling
  • Friendly, leadership qualities and proactive
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
