- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef.
- Culinary Skills: In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet food preparation and service timelines.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and work well under pressure during busy periods.
