Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

Our client is a microelectronic industry leader in design, development, manufacture, sale and support of advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards

Able to perform daily manufacturing support for soldering reflow activity.
Able to handle soldering station.
Liaise with internal departments as well as company HQ to update about reflow activity.
Able to troubleshoot on PCBs to find root cause
Willingness to support, cross train and learn from other departments whenever needed.
Required to do overtime & weekend support if needed

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronics / Electrical or equivalent (Diploma is a MUST)
Skills: 1. Scope Experience, Soldering skills (basic)
2. Usage of Multi meter
May need to carry heavy product (5 kg)
