The role

• Overseeing 360 degrees of the end to end recruitment process
• Identify, create and build relationships with clients, partners and candidates
• Provide personalized tailored advice to companies or candidates and create a positive impact to their businesses and careers
• Identify, interview and select the most qualified candidates for clients' selection
• Contract and salary negotiations
• Driven to become the subject matter expert within their selected sector
• Promoting brand awareness

What we're looking for

• Someone that minimally possesses a CEI Basic certification
• Passionate about making a change in the lives of others with a strong integrity
• Excellent communicator, enjoys sales and good in problem solving skills
• High energy and motivation
• Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; sets goals and objectives; organize or schedule other people and their tasks
• Displays willingness to make decisions; has sound and accurate judgment; support and good reasoning for decisions
