[What the role is]

Drives Muis' strategic planning and performance management process for organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

[What you will be working on]

Leads the strategic planning process which encompasses the robust formulation, operationalisation and review of work plans for Muis to achieve its Mission and Vision.
Partner internal units to coordinate, integrate and monitor progress of work plans and performance indicators. This includes the identification of current or potential issues to ensure timely interventions are introduced for the successful rollout of the plans.
Prepares reports, presentations, papers and speeches to communicate organisational developments, outcome and operational indicators to internal and external stakeholders. This includes synthesising data from multiple sources for the various reporting platforms.
Leads planning exercises and workshops with the leadership group and internal stakeholders to strategise Muis' shortterm and longterm plans. This includes curating and facilitating workshops and staff engagements to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Analyse global and local trends and key issues affecting Islam and Muslims in Singapore for inputs to strategic planning and policy reviews.
Manage the provision of secretariat support for Muis Management meetings and Ministrylevel meetings and seminars.

[What we are looking for]

At least 2 years' work experience in related field e.g. Project Management.
Strong interest in socioreligious issues affecting the Muslim community.
Possesses an analytical mind with a strong ability to sensemake discernible trendlines from a myriad clutter of seemingly unrelated information strands.
Able to prioritise tasks and work within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skill.
Resourceful, able to work autonomously as well as within multiple teams.
