• Position : Service Engineer (Process & Environmental) - Up to $5,100 Gross - Changi Business Park
• Location : Changi Business Park
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,300 Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Semi-Conductor Industry

Responsibilities:

• Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries
• Performing service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer
• Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of Horiba
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support.
• Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems
• Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project
• Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract
• Provide product training to end user and distributor

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
• Preferably 5 years working experience in the analytical instruments or related field.
• Knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer would be advantageous.
• Preferably with own transport
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
