Description
Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs

  • Execute feasibility studies and presents design proposals
  • Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications
  • Liaises and discuss projectrelevant issues with clients
  • Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors
  • Ensures design quality and authority compliance
  • Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferred in
    transport and infrastructure projects:
  • Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
  • Conversant with local codes & regulations
  • Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Good leadership and communication skill
