    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Job Purpose :

    Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing holistic solution with Business applications (SAP, CRM and other related systems) to address business needs in the areas of Logistics, Sales, Service and Production. This will include knowledge in business and functional so as to facilitate the process of Business Requirement gathering and alignment workshops between Business stakeholders, Support consultant/System Implementer. And be able to finalize and communicate Proposed "To-Be" solution with all Stakeholders, whereby the "To-be" Solution should be practical, efficient and cost effective for implementation, execution by Business users and maintenance of solution in respective Business Application(s).

    Job Responsibilities:

    Implement SAP PTP, PTD, PM/QM, EWM & OTC module which include the following knowledge and skill sets:

    1. Knowledge in PTP, PTD, EWM & OTC module in the areas of

    • Purchase order processing, Request For Quotation, purchase agreement, contract, Purchase Info Record, Purchase requisition, deriving Purchase order from Purchase requisition, Invoice posting, inventory management (such as transfer posting, Purchase and sales returns, Post goods receipts, Post goods issue, scrapping expiry stocks), inventory count, Material master management and its impact to other modules
    • Back-to-back order processing, direct sales order processing, rental sales, intercompany sales processing, quotation, delivery and billing processes, price master management, sales tax management and its integration with other modules, such as PTP, PTD, EWM, OTC, & RTR.
    • End-to-End process of Production Requirement Maintenance, Production order processing and completion.
    • Integration with Financial module with PTP, PTD, PP, OTC and thorough understanding on user functions and reporting needs
    • Customizing for Plants, Storage location, Purchasing group, Release strategy, vendor master records, inventory management, material master, logistics invoice verification, movement types, Sales/ Delivery order type, Billing document type, Sales taxation, output types, Condition types.
    • User authorization for Plant, Storage location, Purchasing group, movement type, condition types
    • General user administration such as create and maintain new user account for AP Business users
    • Acquire techno-functional knowledge to manage technical issues with Business requirements with ABAP developer
    • Integration knowledge between PTP, PTD, OTC, EWM, PP/QM and RTR
    • Have knowledge in RTR-AP configuration of master data

    2. Guide and train Key and End users in PTP and PTD business processes in the system.

    3. Manage existing PTP, PTD, OTC, EWM, PP/QM and RTR related issues reported by Key and/or End users.

    Liaise with Key and End users as well as developer and SAP consultants appointed by Sysmex AP.

    Be able to advise Key and End users all standards in the Global and Sysmex AP SAP system templates and ensure that all solution put in place for SAP system follow such standards.

    Manage SAP system change requests, especially in PTP, PTD, EWM, and PP/QM module.

    Work with SAP system support consultants to resolve and manage SAP system issues from PTP, PTD, EWM, and PP/QM module.

    Manage other applications implemented within Sysmex AP, such as CRM, Travel request and claim, Purchase requisition system (Concur).

    Assist in the development of mid- to long-term plan and strategy to keep assigned Business Application up-to-date, usable and scalable.

    Lead the SAP internal and external teams to deliver system goals set by Management:

    • Manage deliverables of the team to support system issue
    • Manage the team to deliver Change request/enhancements in SAP system

    Manage the team to implement SAP system for new company, new module/sub-module.

    Responsible to assist HR and Management in the career development of the internal SAP team.

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
    • At least 8 years of experience in implementing SAP system;
    • At least 3 years as a team lead to manage resources in delivering SAP related implementation and support after system go live
    • At least 5 complete life cycle of implementation in SAP system; MS Office - Word, Excel (include Pivot table), PowerPoint
    • Have experience using Project or Visio
    • Travel requirements: 30% - 40% a year
