    Roles & Responsibilities

    Join us as a Senior/Captain at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre. For this vital role, we're looking for someone who can:

    • Handle payment
    • Ensure that Waiters are performing their required duties to the Hotel's standards and properly groomed
    • Draw up duty roster for the restaurant service employees with Manager
    • Prepare for and conduct shift briefing with Manager
    • Greet and seat guests
    • Take food orders
    • Serve food and beverage to guests
    • Replenish beverages for guests
    • Handle guest complaints
    • Explain Daily specials and other dishes
    • Collect guest comments and feedback

    What We Need From You

    1 year experience in restaurant service operations. Computer literacy skills are desired.

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
    • Good writing skills
    • Good problem-solving, reasoning and administrative skills
