    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives

    Lead and manage the adtech and martech sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets

    Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, including agencies and direct advertisers

    Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships

    Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

    Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team

    Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

    Strong understanding of adtech and martech solutions, including programmatic advertising, data management platforms, and marketing automation

    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry

    Experience in managing and developing a sales team

    Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools

    Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
