Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager shall be responsible for the management planning, and coordination of all activities for the execution of the Works, liaison with the S.O., management of the public outreach programme and all administrative matters and contractual issues in relation to the Rehab of Drain lines project.
Lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety regulations
Build, lead, and motivate a team of staff and supervisors to achieve project objectives, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Oversee the management of the public outreach program, ensuring effective communication with the public, addressing community concerns, and maintaining a positive image of the project.
Handle all contractual issues related to the project, including review, negotiation, and interpretation of contracts, as well as managing administrative tasks and documentation.
Manage project resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and costeffectiveness.
Provide regular progress reports to the Senior Management and the client, outlining project status, milestones achieved, and any potential issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines) with CSCPM, CSSA and other relevant courses.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field, Experience in PUB Rehab (CIPP Lining for Drain Lines) projects are most preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Proficient in contract negotiation and management, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
