    About the Opportunity

    We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join our managed Healthcare team to drive the development and expansion of our Healthcare service provider network.

    What You'll be Doing

    • Build strong and strategic relationships & partnerships with new and existing panel providers to drive improved value & outcomes for our patients and ensure that quality of care and operational targets are achieved.
    • Manage day-to-day delivery of operational activities including project management, reporting, implementation, problem resolution and other activities to facilitate strong relationships with providers.
    • Identify and resolve operational issues with a positive approach.
    • Provide support in panel management, panel recruitment and engagement to facilitate seamless delivery of services.
    • Provide insights to the development, review, and negotiation and of provider contracts.
    • Manage communication with providers including escalations & resolutions to issues, provide advisory to providers regarding current processes, new or updated policies and procedures.
    • Monitor, review, report and conduct analysis on provider performance, metrics and data such as billing, utilization, referrals, benefit design and service quality for operational and business planning.
    • Review potential business opportunities, functional models, process improvements, and propose optimal solutions that enhances service efficiency, patience-centered care and patient experience.
    • Drive improvement in patient care management.
    • Support any other ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.

    What We Are Looking for

    • Degree in Health management services or business related courses.
    • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrate positivity and adaptability towards day-to-day tasks.
    • Exceptional analytical, organisation skills and problem-solving skills.
    • Passional about driving change to improve business outcomes and promote improvement ideas.
    • Strong knowledge of Singapore Healthcare provider community.
