Description

Responsibilities:


  • Process orders, prepare claim submissions and billings to clients
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of all status submissions to comply with project specifications and clients' requirements
  • Ensure order fulfilment and meeting of committed delivery dates
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
  • Applicants with accounting knowledge will be added advantage

Requirements:


  • No experience required
  • Min GCE 'A' or 'O' Level qualifications
  • Fast learner and meticulous
  • Able to communicate with English and Mandarinspeaking clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
  • Self motivated, shows initiative, commitment and teamwork
  • Able to start work on short notice
  • Ability to be organized, detailoriented, multitask, prioritize, anticipate needs and meet the deadlines as needed.
