    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Lead and guide a team of dedicated professionals in the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department. Ensure that daily activities are executed with precision, adherence to policies, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Resource Management: Carefully plan and mobilize resources to consistently meet and exceed customer service standards. Foster a culture of excellence within the team to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery.
    • Risk Management: Understand the regulatory landscape and operational risks associated with banking services. Establish and implement effective measures and controls to mitigate risks and errors, safeguarding the integrity of operations.
    • Problem Solving: Analyze issues and challenges, proposing effective solutions and making informed decisions. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing and optimizing processes for relevance and efficiency.
    • System Upgrades: Actively participate in system upgrading projects, ensuring seamless transitions and staying abreast of technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Team Engagement: Motivate and engage the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. As the leader, you play a crucial role in team development and cohesion.


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in branch banking operations or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management in banking.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make sound decisions.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
