- Own and drive requirements throughout the development lifecycle for the product, including architecture/design, implementation, testing, and launch
- Lead design discussions on data models, architectural framework, and business logic
- Lead backend strategy for data flows as well as model and backtesting modules
- Work with your teammates in an unstructured environment to solve diverse technical challenges
- Partner with various teams to leverage existing and new technologies, integrating them to create a seamless experience for our users
- Ability to architect medium to large scale systems
- Set, maintain and increase standards for development to reduce complexity
- Familiar with Scrum environment
- Knowledge in data gathering, manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Flutter, and cloud services such as AWS/GCP
- Mobile development familiarity; iOS/Android
- Experience between managing and switching between Dev and Dev/Ops environmentsRequirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Backend Development
- Proficient and experience in PHP, RESTful APIs, Python, , Ruby, SQL, NoSQL
- Familiar with web application framework (e.g Laravel, Ruby on Rails, Django and etc)
- Familiar with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and etc)
- Familiar with the best practices & latest technologies
- Knowledge in designing and building scalable application (e.g. Elasticsearch)
- Good understanding of the website architecture (Database, API, proxies, web services)
- Good understanding of cloud provider such as Google Cloud Provider
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
