    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Assist to liaise with simple client queries whenever needed
    • Prepare documents for clients as assigned
    • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information.
    • Makes travel arrangements such as booking flights, or restaurant reservation
    • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes of discussions and decision
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and supporting documents to attendees.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Submission of forms and documents for consultants and client
    • Provide support for manager and director through tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    • Possess a diploma or degree in any fields
    • Relevant working experiences as admin/support within insurance industry is advantageous
    • Initiative-taking and keen learning attitude
