- Assist to liaise with simple client queries whenever needed
- Prepare documents for clients as assigned
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information.
- Makes travel arrangements such as booking flights, or restaurant reservation
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes of discussions and decision
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and supporting documents to attendees.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Submission of forms and documents for consultants and client
- Provide support for manager and director through tasks as assigned
- Possess a diploma or degree in any fields
- Relevant working experiences as admin/support within insurance industry is advantageous
- Initiative-taking and keen learning attitude
