**Retail Sales AssociateResponsibilities:
- Responsible on mothly sales target
- Liaising with customers in all areas of sales
- To give excellent customer service
- To execute shop display, shop SOP and shop cleanliness according to guideline given
- To execute replenishment of stocks
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
- To undertake any other job function as assigned by the superior and Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Cheerful working attitude
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to upsell
