Responsibilities

  • Responsible for import & export transaction processing and checking
  • Monitor and follow up irregular bills such as standby LC, LC add confirmation, etc
  • Provide professional advice to our internal business units relating the LC matters
  • Perform and support other duties as assigned including RPA, SAP input, Filing, etc
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Perform other daily Finance jobs and ad hoc projects including audit confirmation, etc

Requirement

  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 510 years of banking experience in import & export operations and control
  • Monitoring in trade finance operations
  • Good knowledge in ICC rules and its operation
  • Possess Bank Foreign Trade experience is preferable
  • SAP knowledge is essential
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Good command of English, Mandarin
