As we continue to expand our horizons and scale new heights, we are seeking highly-motivated and passionate individuals to join us to manage all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and costing management.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with Airlines on seat request, air ticket issuance.
Coordinating with our overseas suppliers on tour programs, tour arrangements.
Build & maintain good relationships with airlines, overseas suppliers to provide high level of tour services.
Online reservation/bookings of tour services/accommodations etc.
Support in the costing management.

Requirements:

Posses secondary education with Diploma in Tourism Management/Tour Operations or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of travel industry experience preferred of GDS is a must.
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with overseas counterpart.
Knowledge in MS Office Word / Excel / Other
Personal traits will include selfmotivation, high energy level, positive thinking and a strong interest in the travel industry
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season.
