    Description

    We are hiring an expert Project Manager in Malaysia/Singapore to be responsible for projects for Oracle Food & Beverage (F&B) group. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs multifaceted and sophisticated duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Mid-level implementation project professional who manages moderately complex relationships with client site during entire Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Implementation phase from start to end. 1st level of escalation for onsite installation team.

    Job Description

  • Accountable for handling project lifecycle of assigned Oracle POS Product implementations and/or customization projects for Food & Beverage clients
  • Will handle projects ranging from small to big-sized locations, POS rollouts repeatable extensibility, exports, imports or reports.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for project collaborators (client, Oracle management and project team)
  • Handles scope, communication, change control, budget, risks, issues, staff, governance, quality and acceptance planning
  • Participates in project estimation process assisting pre-sales team
  • Builds, acquires agreement and completes project work plan and collaboratively adjusts where vital ensuring adherence to established project change management process
  • Assists with review of project financials; owns data quality and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Control and review all travel requirements and expenses, ensuring alignment to project budgets
  • Accurately assist with forecasting and handles assigned budget along with weekly/monthly financial reporting for projects, incorporating risks
  • Provides project financial, status and risk/issue reporting.
  • Document and apply lessons learned upon fulfillment of project acceptance
  • This position does not have direct reports

  • Confirmed ability to be productive in high stress situations.
  • Proficient in English (written & verbal), Cantonese & Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Qualifications

  • 4+ years in customer facing experience
  • 4+ years in Project Management experience
  • POS Rollout experience (preferred)
