    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the administration of payroll.
    • Ensure that the HRMS maintains an updated and accurate employee database.
    • Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
    • Handle employee compensation and benefits, such as health and safety and work injury compensation insurance.
    • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including those for expatriates.
    • Aid in the review and update of the employee handbook.
    • Assist in the review and update of HR policies and procedures.
    • Provide support throughout the entire recruitment process and L&D
    • Assist with the annual HR-related audit.
    • Participate in PDPA compliance efforts.
    • Prepare various HR letters, including employment contracts, promotion letters, and bonus letters.
    • Manage confidential documents, such as P-files.
    • Act as a liaison for company IT matters
    • Assist with IT projects.
    • Handle license renewals with IT vendors.
    • Administer various system user IDs and passwords.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma and above
    • At least 2 years of HR experience
    • Able to work independently
