- Engage with senior executives and essential stakeholders in the region to drive sustainable growth and strengthen financial governance.
- Accountable for standard FP&A responsibilities including monthly financial close, commercial forecasting, business performance reviews, and strategic financial planning.
- Provide financial expertise and support to regional shared services, emphasizing resource allocation and efficiency optimization.
- Direct regional business intelligence initiatives and financial reporting, proactively identifying opportunities for automation and digital enhancements.
- Build and nurture a high-performing finance planning team, concentrating on skill enhancement and support for commercial activities.
- Execute process enhancements across the region to improve financial control and operational productivity.
- Lead and oversee special projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory, ideally in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment, with a preference for experience in commercial finance.
- Self-driven, client-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to independently meet deadlines.
- Possess strong commercial insight, comfortable navigating matrix organizations, and capable of managing uncertainty.
- Effective communicator with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong persuasive skills.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment while promoting collaboration across various projects.
- Experience in leading and mentoring finance teams in diverse business contexts, with an emphasis on talent development.
- Proficient in numerical analysis, Excel, and financial modeling, with a detail-oriented approach to complex datasets.
