  • IT-related skills will be a plus

What are you required to do?

1) Reception

  • Responsible
for parents' enquiries (phone/walk-ins)

  • To prepare Registration Form and assist parents with registration at the counter
  • To collect payment when required
  • Responsible
to orientate new students to the centre

  • Attend to instructions and manage Boss's calendar
  • Able to provide support and adhere to deadlines.

2) Administrative

  • File, photocopying, keep records and ensure data accuracy for the Centre's administrative system
  • Key in parents/student particulars in Quickbooks and update payments when required
  • Ensure the worksheets are ready for each class (including sorting & printing & stapling)
  • Inform the respective teachers on makeup students for the day
  • Prepare Drinks & Food for teachers (Buying lunch/dinner etc)
  • Formatting worksheets to the correct format

3) Housekeeping

  • Prepare the Centre's classrooms at the start of the day
(i.e. general cleaning, emptying trash and keeping it neat)

  • Tidy the classrooms in between classes
  • Stocking up of stationaries and snack bar for students

4) Other ad-hoc administrative duties

What do you need?

  • No work experience (Willing to learn)
  • Being good on the phone will be a plus.
  • If you know Chemistry, the syllabus will be an added bonus
  • Be willing to learn
  • Singaporean (Quota Criteria)
  • Fresh diploma graduates can apply.

Working Hours:
(5 Days a Week)

Tuesday/Wednesday & Fridays: 1 pm to 9 pm

Both Saturdays & Sundays : 830am - 630pm

We are located at 9 Jalan Bingka, S Opposite Bukit Timah Plaza.
