    Your Career

    As part of the Programs and Facilitation team, the Sales Enablement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics for our global, virtual and in person training sessions. You will work closely with program leads, cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of training programs. The Sales Enablement Coordinator thrives in a fast paced environment, has strong attention to detail, is organized and process driven. You will assist in managing the coordination, logistics and results monitoring of enablement programs to support new hire sales onboarding, sales kickoff events, continuous learning programs and other special projects.

    Your Impact

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for global, virtual, and in-person training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and a seamless learning experience for participants
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to understand training needs and objectives, and assist in translating them into impactful training programs
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for training sessions, webinars, and workshops, including venues, Zoom setup, and execute participant communications
  • Assist in tracking and managing of budget and expenses for on site training, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training initiatives
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback and training effectiveness metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members, providing logistical support and coordinating training activities
  • Assist in creation and management of Seismic pages for our team's programs to ensure up to date, relevant information and content
  • Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating and managing logistics for global, virtual, and in-person training sessions
  • Proficiency in using virtual training platforms and tools to enhance training effectiveness
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret training data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent military experience
  • Agile and flexible - equally comfortable collaborating closely with SMEs and stakeholders as well as executing independently
  • Experience in coordinating and managing logistics for global, virtual, and in-person training sessions
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Tight-knit collaboration and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with Seismic and GSuite is a plus
