    Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)8 to 12 hours daily (Planned by the hiring manager)

    Job Description & RequirementsHandle all guest queries and requestsRecord all/any incidents that occur in the hotel, log and follow up with the Front Office Manager and/or Director of RoomsEnsure that all potential hazards are reported immediately, addressed and followed through to ensure issues rectifiedKnow of all arrivals/departures and ensure guest names are used at all timesKnow the current availability situation at any given time, and also future availabilityHave complete knowledge of all hotel features and services including Food & Beverage outlets (menu, price range, promotions, opening hours), Business Center (facilities, charges), Spa/Gym (facilities, opening hours), etcBe familiar with all hotel room types, numbers, layout, locations, ratesBe familiar with special packages, short & long-term promotions (hotel, outlets, spa), and pass on to Sales Department any possible leads which could develop into future businessKnow the hotel ethos to assist with site inspections when requestedManage upselling opportunities, email capture and other Front Office initiativesDrive core values to positively impact both Employee and Guest Satisfaction scoresRepresent and/or assist Front Office Manager in all necessary meetings, as required, to ensure effective inter-departmental communicationMaintain the ethos, brand integrity, core values and operational standards to ensure all Front Office areas are well maintainedLiaise with Front Office Manager on all issues/feedback raised in internal and external reportsEnsure all Front Office work areas (front and back of house) and equipment are clean and well maintained, and report defective materials/equipment to Front Office ManagerMonitor pre-registered arrivals and ensure all no shows are checked out and chargedMeet and welcome regular and VIP guestsEnsure Front Door entrance is covered and all arriving guest are greeted by our team members at all timesEnsure guest privacy and security, respecting confidential information and 100% compliance with Mondrian Singapore Duxton confidentiality policyEnsure compliance with hotel credit policy and Standard Financial ProceduresUndertake and complete any special projects, tasks or other reasonable request by Front Office and/or Director of Rooms, and be available for emergency call outJob Requirements:
    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacityGood guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.
