About the Company:

Established in 1991, the company distributes premium, natural and organic foods products to both the retail and foodservice sectors. The company has logístical expertise to handle dry, chilled, and frozen products.

Their marketing and distribution activities range from servicing major supermarket and hypermarket chains to the foodservice sector, which includes hotels, restaurants, cafes, wholesalers, ships and airlines.


Responsibilities:


  • Update customers' pricing in System and flag out any discrepancies
  • Support Retail team on New Product Listing Forms and Promo Promotions Forms applicable for the various Retailers.
  • Filing of Forms, Contractual / Space Agreements in the correct Folders to facilitate Claims from Accounts. To ensure all Forms are current and updated in system.
  • Preparation of samples and coordinating with Sales Team, Warehouse and Design Team on the samples, stands, POS etc required for activation.
  • Follow up on POs with the Sales team should Customer Service require verification of pricing or quantity.
  • To work with Procurement on allocations or orders for planned promos.
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Business Management / Administration
  • Strong in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Creative, hardworking and meticulous with details
