We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an
Assistant Manager Banking Production Order.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure Orders and Requests received by the Bank are addressed and fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Ensure that queries from other LOB directed to the LEA team are promptly and properly handled
  • Ensure that all information, requests and Bank replies are documented properly with a clear audit trail
  • Deal with enquiries from colleagues from LoB in a professional and responsive manner
  • Deal with external enquiries if required, in a professional manner, providing them with appropriate information, referring to management where necessary
  • Ensure performance meets the requirements of any relevant service level agreements and at all times, adheres to Group and Regulatory policies
  • To be stationed at the spore police force to fight scam
  • Generate ideas to improve team efficiency
Requirements


Requirements:


  • Min University degree
  • Both spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Collaborative working style with colleagues and broader stakeholders within a crossborder and LoB matrix
  • Prior regulatory or law enforcement investigations experience advantageous
  • Strong in MS Office, especially Excel with basic information technology knowledge
