We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an
Assistant Manager Banking Production Order.

Principal Responsibilities

Ensure Orders and Requests received by the Bank are addressed and fulfilled in a timely manner
Ensure that queries from other LOB directed to the LEA team are promptly and properly handled
Ensure that all information, requests and Bank replies are documented properly with a clear audit trail
Deal with enquiries from colleagues from LoB in a professional and responsive manner
Deal with external enquiries if required, in a professional manner, providing them with appropriate information, referring to management where necessary
Ensure performance meets the requirements of any relevant service level agreements and at all times, adheres to Group and Regulatory policies
To be stationed at the spore police force to fight scam
Generate ideas to improve team efficiency

Requirements

Requirements:

Min University degree
Both spoken and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Collaborative working style with colleagues and broader stakeholders within a crossborder and LoB matrix
Prior regulatory or law enforcement investigations experience advantageous
Strong in MS Office, especially Excel with basic information technology knowledge
