Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Understand functional requirements to articulate and design the test cases and participate in review sessions with key stakeholders
Conduct review/ walkthrough sessions with key stakeholders (e.g.

Product GTS, Operations BAU and Technology teams) for the following documents:

Test plan and test cases
Rollout training material
Execute UAT cases, analyze issues encountered in UAT and provide UAT status reports to project stakeholders
Participate in the preimplementation preparation and postimplementation support exercises including enduser live verification during rollout when needed
Provide the status progress of the testing
To provide the below:
Prepares test plans, test cases and test scripts. to test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.
Execute regression tests, functional tests and data tests
Test environment setup, defects tracking and coordinating with PO, users and tech team to resolve the issues and determine defect priority
Estimates work requirement for contribution to the project sprint plan, report and track UAT deliverables
Stays abreast of QA & Testing best practice and latest available tools (Jira and Confluence), frameworks and standards
Ensures high Quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release

Requirements:

26 years of experience in conducting UATs
Has knowledge of cash operations process is advantageous
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Has flexibility and ability to multitask and take on different types of roles and activities
Is able to work effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Innovative and willing to accept challenges in a dynamic environment
