    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Leading and owning ServiceNow deliveries
    • To guide, mentor, and train team members
    • Define and implement best practices, and participate in the design, development, and deployment phases in ServiceNow.
    • Review and testing: The developer will be responsible for reviewing and testing activities on various ServiceNow instances.
    • Conducting and documenting due-diligence: This involves conducting and documenting due-diligence for customer tools, processes, and projects.

    Job Requirements:

    • Min 5-6+ years of overall experience
    • Min 4+ years of ServiceNow experience
    • Experience on core ServiceNow modules like – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, CSM, Service Portal, Integrations with various tools using API, SFTP, web service methods etc, Performance Analytics, Workforce Optimization, reporting
    • Experience on Java scripting
    • Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
    • Experience in creating and modifying workflows
    • Experience in creating and modifying Flows using Flow designer
    • Experience in design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow
    • Experience in documentation and review activities
    • Experience in complex data migration
    • Excellent experience on ServiceNow integrations
    • Experience in creating custom applications
    • Exposure to Discovery and modules like PPM and Release Management
    • Excellent experience in creating customer reports and dashboards
    • Experience on ServiceNow foundation data management and data modelling
    • Experience on LDAP integration
    • Ability to create templates for foundation data, CMDB etc.
    • Good communication and inter-personal skills
    • Good written language and documentation skills

    Technical Expertise:

    • Single Sign-On (SSO) Authentication Implementation
    • Web Service Integration using SOAP and REST API
    • Implementation of integration between ServiceNow and HR tool using integration Hub
    • Implementation of Integration Solutions with Active Directory and Exchange
    • Implementation of Predictive intelligence Solutions
    • Creation of Performance Analytics reports and dashboards
    • Configure Scheduled Data imports
    • Configure Data Sources and Transform Maps to load CMDB Data into System
    • Creation of script-based assignment and approval rules
    • Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script
    • Creation of Glide Record object
    • Creation of custom related list
    • Creation of Access Control List with the help of Scripting
    • Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script
    • Debugging script
    • Creating and customizing UI and pages using Jelly
    • Working with complex Log Files
    • Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in Service- with the help of Jelly
    • Designing of Macros and Formatters
    • User Administration
    • Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-

    Certifications :

    • Must have certification in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer (CAD) & CSM Implementation Specialist
