    About TOUCH Cyber Wellness


    TOUCH Cyber Wellness (TCW) is Singapore's pioneering and leading non-profit agency in advocating cyber wellness and new media literacy for children, teenagers, parents, educators and social work practitioners.

    Job Summary


    Reporting to the Head of TCW, you engage & educate youths to develop their digital literacy competencies in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

    You develop relevant curriculum, content and programmes, delivered in various settings such as school classrooms and social media.

    Working across teams, you develop platforms, activities and new ways of engaging youths and external stakeholders to advance the cyber wellness and digital literacy agenda in Singapore.

    You assist the team to identify trends and insights, conduct or supervise market research to identify new opportunities.

    You provide content development, project management and administrative support for TCW's youth programmes – which drive real impact on the delivery and shape digital literacy projects & programmes and bridge the digital divide in disadvantaged communities.

    Oversee

    assigned programmes portfolio

    Conduct and execute cyber wellness programmes

    Design and develop cyber wellness curriculum/activities

    Utilize tech-based tools for learning and engagement for target audience

    Keep abreast with latest social media/ cyber wellness trends to customise or modify programmes to suit the needs of schools/ stakeholders

    Establish, coordinate and work effectively with schools and stakeholders for programme development

    Make necessary recommendations/ measures to meet the programme budgets

    Responsible for managing programme finances and administrative work

    Drive marketing and publicity of programmes for assigned portfolio

    Essential Qualifications:
    Degree in any discipline

    Proficient classroom management skills

    Proficient with video conferencing applications and technology-based learning platforms

    Experience in working with youths

    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

    Relevant knowledge in video game trends and social media applications

    Strong team player with good interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills

    5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
