**IT Support Executive

The position serves as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking technical assistance related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

The role is to support all employees, contractors, and supply chain partners of the company.

This support entails all company assets are well managed and user requests are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.

Whilst creating and maintaining all documentation in support of these processes. The role requires the lifecycle maintenance of all company devices/ documentation in the support process.

This role provides technical support across the company either by face or phone, to ensure effective use and implementation of new and existing IT implementations and technology.

**Job Description

  • Report to the Digital Technology (Technology Services) team in Australia (IT Operations Manager), whilst maintained a dotted reporting line to local Singapore leadership.
  • Ensure operational stability of the technical Ingeus Singapore environment by maintaining and evolving suitable technical knowledge and skills.
  • Be part of the first contact support for staff and stakeholders seeking technical assistance.
  • Manage requests through their entire lifecycle from first point of contact through to resolution, proactively keeping end users informed of progress.
  • Provide quick resolution pertaining to all IT related issues and provide timely status updates and accurately document problem resolution.
  • Manage the maintenance and inventory of IT equipment of the company including laptops, keyboards, headsets etc.
  • Manage the maintenance / function of phone system, CCTV and printers in the company following processes and frameworks provided by Technology Services.
  • Maintain an effective and meaningful relationship with Technology Services to ensure processes, pattern, frameworks, and technologies are leverage for the benefit of both companies
  • Identify and escalate repeat issues and risks to Technology Services Management in a timely manner.
  • Record all Incident Requests and Resolutions within the respective tool (ServiceNow) utilised by Digital Technology.
  • Provide Monthly Reporting to Technology Services (as directed by IT Operations Manager)
  • Provide ongoing documentation and insight of the technical environment to allow Technology Services to provide ongoing backup support / services.
**Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT networking or any other relevant field of studies
  • Relevant Microsoft certification
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Display positive learning attitude and aptitude
  • A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work managing competing tasks / deliverables and independently
  • At least 35 years of relevant working experience
