Roles & Responsibilities

Regional Overseas CRM is responsible to provide Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") solutions to all "Region Overseas" member markets to support day-to-day business operations. While Salesforce is the application central to give users CRM capabilities, Regional Overseas CRM Team is also responsible to ensure all integrations of data from multiple applications into and out of Salesforce, as well as the speed and stability of transfer are business relevant and robust.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Defining and providing solutions to the overall technical architecture of CRM (Salesforce) and its integration to other systems/applications supporting business operations within the Region Overseas template.
• Supporting CRM activities by delivering high quality CRM technical products to Region Overseas member markets.
• Communicating between Business Analysis, IT Consultants, connection applications solutions architecture to ensure seemless data flow to and from Salesforce, to applications such as Informatica and Microsoft CDM.
• Designing / reviewing / monitoring technical development, User Acceptance Test cases until sign-off.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or other relevant fields of study is required.
• Post Graduate / Masters in Business Administration & Salesforce certifications are beneficial.
• Minimum 9 years+ of working experience on Salesforce technology.
• Minimum 6 years+ of working experience as Solution Architect.
• Relevant working experience with various Salesforce products and/or components including Sales and Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, , Heroku & Mulesoft.
• Relevant working experience with various non-Salesforce integration layers.
• Experience in developing specifications along with partners/suppliers for solutions components in relation to Salesforce including data integration with other systems.
