JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to oversee general warehouse operations and support general manufacturing and supply chain projects. You will work closely peers within the SCM team and liaise with factory on material shortages, and to kit and deliver the materials to the factory in time for production.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support manufacturing activities and Inventory control management for material receiving and updating into the STYL stock file/system to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare kitted materials for production work orders and liaising with factory for pick-up & delivery.
• Warehouse Management Control, including storage and layout plans, housekeeping, maintenance, and to address any operational shortfall.
• Provide products & stock items counting, tagging and packaging in the warehouse.
• Facilitate and manage stock taking activities.
• Monitor and manage cargo consolidation activities such as delivery and collection of parts and finished goods to and from suppliers.
• Provide timely and accurate customers' stock items inventory levels upon request.
• Resolve warehouse operations' quality issues
• Assisting and/or performing administrative tasks, such as preparing of delivery orders, shipment arrangement, managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Diploma with 3 – 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of BOM/MRP/warehouse management system is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs with Advanced Skills using MS Excel.
• Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
• Good communication and time management skills
