Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquires and process sales orders (No selling, support function only)
Attend to customer queries
Coordinate with interdepartment teams and external parties to ensure ontime delivery
Maintain proper documentations on repair & service jobs and parts requisition orders. Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

At least 3 years' or more related work experience
Possess good communication and written skills
Proficient in MS Office
Positive work attitude; willing to learn
Able to work independently and cohesively in a team environment Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is good to have but not mandatory
