    Roles & Responsibilities

    Position Type: Contract, deputed to Client | Work Location: 6 Serangoon North Avenue 5

    Required

    • Minimum 2+ years' experience supporting software development teams

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 implementation

    • Understanding of CRM and experience supporting a development team

    Power BI

    • Fine tuning of reports
    • Customizations to the product, plugins, customs workflows, power automate
    • Support and maintain existing Power BI reports
    • Experience with software release management processes and documentation

    Description

    • Assist with requirements gathering and documentation for CRM customizations.
    • Testing and validating CRM solutions, plug-ins, workflows, and reporting.
    • Supporting UAT and SIT testing by coordinating testing schedules, documenting issues, and verifying fixes.
    • Managing release documentation and checklists for deployments.
    • Providing Level 1 and 2 technical support to end users, troubleshooting issues and providing workarounds.
    • Logging, triaging and escalating defects and bugs to development team.
    • Coordinating cross-functional communications regarding releases and issue resolution.
    • Documenting processes, procedures, and configurations.
    • Managing project documentation and artifacts.
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
