Job Description:
BSL BUILDERS PTE LTD JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER the Mechanical Technician is responsible for all the maintenance activities and modifications/improvements to existing machines, equipment'sand plant facilities.
At all times conducts business in accordance with company practices & policies
Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the work and operating activities of complete Mechanical & Electrical project.

Quantity surveying and Estimation Tendering & preparation of BOQ and project quoting as per client Mechanical & Electrical drawing.

Ensure the Mechanical & Electrical project work carried out is as per approved drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program or Maintenance building.

Working closely with other discipline engineers, architects, designers, and project managers as a key team player within an integrated multi-disciplinary project delivery team

Communicating effectively with clients and internal team members in the design and specification development of Mechanical & Electrical building systems

Preparing Mechanical & Electrical project method statement and site log and material submittal log for Mechanical equipment & Electrical Devices and accessories for approvals.

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety

Heat load calculation, Exhaust calculation, Fresh air calculation and duct calculation.

Installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems (Air cooled / Water cooled) for residential, commercial & industrial Buildings.

Installation of plumbing system Water line pipe, Waste line pipe, Drainage pipe, booster pumps, transfer pumps, water tank, toilet sanitary and kitchen sanitary as per the approved drawing.

Installation of electrical power cables and wires, switchgear panels, capacitor bank panel, MDB panel, SMDB, DB, light, switch, socket and ectas per approved drawings.

Having knowledge in fire fitting system, fire alarm system and BMS control system and AV programming and security systems coordinating with CCTV, data sockets points and SMATV complete IT management for providing containments.
- **Making As-Built drawing as per site installation coordinating all Mechanical & Electrical and civil services to get approval with client.
