Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and oversee projects related to ACMV and Cold Room Systems, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
• Knowledge in designing of air-Conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, refrigeration system & coldroom system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Address and resolve project-related challenges and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Interact with clients on a daily basic.

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma in engineering.
• Work experience within construction industry or similar relevant field.
• Strong leadership, communication skills & time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• SG Class 3 Driving License.
• Language: English, Mandarin.
